Breakfast Is Important
You’ve all heard the saying – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
And it’s true.
It’s so easy to skip breakfast. You hit snooze on your alarm a few too many times, your rushing around ironing your clothes, you just can’t face eating in the morning or the kids are late for school. There are lots of reasons for not eating breakfast, whatever they are, it means a bad start to your day.
If skipping breakfast becomes a habit, it can be bad for your health. When you miss your breakfast you don’t have the same level of energy and unable to concentrate.
It also means your likely to start snacking earlier in the day. Research shows that starting the day on a full stomach helps to control your appetite, it’s though it helps regulate your hunger and energy.
So be good to yourself. Love breakfast, eat breakfast.
